I was so excited going into Jocelyn’s shoot!! In the questionnaire I have my seniors fill out, she told me how she LOVED museums and really wanted to incorporate them into her shoot. 1) I love when seniors add a personal aspect of themselves into their session, and 2) I could spend dayyyyyyss exploring art museums. Shooting with someone who shares that similar interest was so great. The Smithsonian American Art Museum is one of my favorite museums in DC and I’ve alwaysss wanted to shoot there, which worked out perfectly since it’s also Jocelyn’s favorite!! After hitting up the museum, we drove over to Georgetown to get some dusk shots on top of a roof – one of Jocelyn’s favorite times of day. The moon was beautiful, and you can even see it in some of the later photographs.
